Directions:

  1. Butterfly breast to make two pieces. Can cut down to finger size piecese as well. Dip chicken in milk and season chicken with spices. (can marinade chicken in buttermilk or milk then drain) and let sit for at least 30 minutes. Coat with corn flakes and put in 350 degree oven for 25 min.
