Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Dip chicken into beaten eggs then bread crumbs. Brown both sides in olive oil. Pour spaghetti sauce in 11x17 baking dish. Place chicken on top. Sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese on top and then place sliced Mozzarella cheese on top of that. Bake at 400 degrees for 15 minutes. Serve with angel hair pasta.
