Ingredients:

  • 1 small onion
  • 1 small squash
  • 1/2 tsp garlic
  • 1/2 tsp seasoned salt
  • 1/2 tsp cajun seasoning

Directions:

  1. Cut veggies in to chunks, toss with smart balance oil (or olive oil), season with spices (I like tony's cajun seasoning), cover with foil and bake for 30-45 minutes at 350
