  • 1 1/2 cup skim milk
  • 1/4 cup strawberries
  • 1/2 cup apricots
  • 1/2 cup blueberries
  • 1/2 banana
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon

Directions:

  1. Cut up fruit
  2. Put Everything in a blender, mix and enjoy!
