I replace the skim milk with Rice Beverage or even soy milk sometimes.
Ingredients:
1 1/2 cup skim milk
1 cup vanilla yogurt
1/4 cup strawberries
1/2 cup apricots
1/2 cup blueberries
1/2 banana
1 tsp. cinnamon
Directions:
1. Cut up fruit
2. Put Everything in a blender, mix and enjoy!
