Ingredients:

  • 1 cup sugar
  • 3 cups cold water
  • 1 drop food coloring (optional)
  • 5 -10 ice cubes (optional)

Directions:

  1. Mix sugar and boiling water in a bowl and mix until all the sugar has dissolved. Set aside.
  2. Juice lemons into a separate bowl.
  3. Strain lemon juice into water and sugar mixture and stir.
  4. Pour mixture into a litre container (or similar) and fill with cold water (around 3 cups).
  5. Add food colouring and ice if desired.
