  1. Wash all vegetables and pat dry.
  2. Shred the nappa lettuce and add to salad bowl.
  3. Add all other vegetables and nuts take the dry noodles from the soup package and crumble on top of the salad.
  4. Mix all the ingredients for the dressing and pour over the salad.
