Oriental Glazed Chicken

Ingredients:

  • 3 lbs chicken pieces
  • 4 tbsp oil
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 1 tsp ginger
  • 2/3 cup soy sauce
  • 4 tbsp chili sauce
  • 2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder

Directions:

  1. Place chicken in baking pan.
  2. Mix remaining ingredients. Pour over chicken. Cover and refrigerate 1 hour, turning chicken occasionally.
  3. Heat oven to 375. Remove chicken and reserve marinade.
  4. Place chicken on rack in foil lined broiler pan. Bake 30 minutes.
  5. Brush with part of reserved marinade. Turn chicken and bake until tender, about 30 minutes longer. Brush occasionally with remaining marinade.
