Orange Oven-Fried Chicken

Ingredients:

  • 1 (13 oz) box bran flakes
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1/2 cup orange juice
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp pepper
  • 1 tsp parsley
  • 1 tsp garlic
  • 1 tsp basil
  • 1 ziploc bag

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
  2. Take cereal and pour into ziploc bag until half full.
  3. Add spices.
  4. Take 2 eggs and beat them.
  5. Take chicken and dip into the eggs.
  6. Then place in bag and shake.
  7. Make sure the chicken is fully covered.
  8. Place in your pan. Continue through the rest of chicken.
  9. Now take Orange juice and pour over chicken and into the pan.
  10. Then add the water.
  11. Cover with foil and place in the oven.
  12. Let bake for about 15 minutes and take it out and spoon juice up onto the chicken recover and place back into oven.
  13. After another 15 minutes take out and check it, if not done place back in for about 15 minutes then recheck.
