Orange Oatmeal

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup water
  • 3/4 cup orange juice
  • 1/8 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp orange zest
  • 1 -2 tbsp brown sugar

Directions:

  1. In a saucepan, bring the water, orange juice and salt to a boil.
  2. Stir in oats and cook for 1 minute or until oatmeal reaches desired consistency.
  3. Stir in orange peel.
  4. Serve with brown sugar.
