Orange Coconut Sticky Buns

Ingredients:

  • 1/4 cup margarine
  • 1/4 cup packed brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup coconut
  • 1 (10 oz) can refrigerated biscuits
  • 1/4 cup slivered almonds
  • 1/4-1/2 tsp ginger

Directions:

  1. Heat oven to 375°F.
  2. In ungreased 8x4 inch pan, combine margarine, sugar, coconut and nuts.
  3. Heat in oven til margarine is melted.
  4. Remove.
  5. Spread coconut mixture in pan.
  6. Combine marmalade and ginger.
  7. Separate biscuits, spread marmalade mixture on one side of each.
  8. Stand on sides in 2 rows each in pan.
  9. Bake at 375 F for 25 minutes.
  10. Loosely cover with foil during last 15 minutes.
  11. Cool inverted.
