Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/3 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 tbsp orange zest
  • 1 tsp vanilla

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350.
  2. Whisk together: flour, sugar, baking soda and salt. (Dry Mixture).
  3. Mix in mixing bowl: orange juice, oil, orange zest, vinegar and vanilla. (Wet Mixture).
  4. Combine wet mixture to the dry mixture.
  5. Put in 8x8 greased pan.
  6. Bake 350 for 30-35 minutes.
