Ingredients:

  • 90 g butter
  • 2 eggs
  • 8 tbsp sugar
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1/8 tsp baking powder
  • 1 1/2 tbsp orange zest
  • 1/8 tsp salt

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven at 375°F.
  2. Cream the butter and sugar together.
  3. Add eggs to the butter mixture one by one and mix well.
  4. Add vanilla extract to the mixture.
  5. Combine flour, baking powder and salt and then stir into the mixture.
  6. And then add orange zest mix well (but not too much).
  7. Pour mixture into pan and bake or 22 minutes or until cake test done.
