Orange Butterscotch Cheesecake

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Combine oats, butter, brown sugar and flour then press into bottom of spring form pan.
  2. Bake at 350 for 15 minutes.
  3. Combine cream cheese, granulated sugar, peel and vanilla and mix until well blended.
  4. Add eggs one at a time mixing well after each addition then pour over crust.
  5. Bake at 325 for 1 hour and 5 minutes then loosen cake from rim of pan and chill well.
  6. Combine brown sugar, syrup and butter in saucepan and bring to boil stirring constantly.
  7. Remove from heat then stir in vanilla and chill until slightly thickened.
  8. Spoon over cheesecake then garnish with orange slice and fresh mint.
