Plum and Orange Baked Cheesecake

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Grease 23cm spring form tin.
  2. Process biscuits.
  3. Add butter and process til just combined.
  4. Press into tin.
  5. Refrigerate about 20 mins.
  6. Heat over to slow.
  7. Drain plums in large bowl
  8. Reserve juice for syrup.
  9. Halve plums and remove the stones.
  10. Combine rest of ingredients except almonds.
  11. Beat 5 mins til sooth, thick.
  12. Pour into tin.
  13. Place plums on top.
  14. Top with almonds.
  15. Bake in slow oven about 50 - 60 minutes.
  16. Cool in oven with door ajar.
