Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Cook noodles , drain and set aside.
  2. Spray a 9 x 13 pan.set aside.
  3. Cook onions in a lightly sprayed frying pan for approximately 2 minutes.
  4. Add cream cheese, cottage cheese,egg, basil, salt and pepper.set this mixture aside -
  5. In another bowl mix soup,milk,wine,shrimp and crab.
  6. To assemble:.
  7. Place 3 noodles in the prepared pan.
  8. Spread 1/2 of the onion mixture over top.
  9. Spread 1/2 of the soup and seafood mixture over the onion mix.
  10. Repeat with 3 noodles,,onions and soup with seafood.
  11. Top with remaining 3 noodles.Sprinkle with parmesan cheese and bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
  12. Top with cheddar and mozerella cheeses and put under broiler for 5-10 minutes.
