Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Melt 1 tablespoon butter in a small skillet; add onion, and cook until transparent.
  2. Combine onion mixture, biscuit mix, parsley, egg, 1/2 cup cheese and milk, stirring until just moistened.
  3. Spoon into a lightly-greased 8-inch square baking pan.
  4. Sprinkle with remaining cheese.
  5. Drizzle with 1 tablespoon melted butter.
  6. Bake at 400 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes or until golden brown.
