Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Spray muffin tins with nonstick spray.
  3. Cube raisin bread.
  4. Mix milk, egg whites, sugar, cinnamon, vanilla & apple juce.
  5. Add cubed bread and raisins.
  6. Let sit for 5 minute.
  7. Fill muffin tins 3/4 full.
  8. Bake for 30 minutes.
  9. Let sit in pan for 10 minutes before serving.
