Old Timey Stewed Potatoes

Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 pints milk
  • 1 tbsp parsley
  • 1 tbsp flour
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • salt and pepper

Directions:

  1. Put the potatoes in the double boiler, and dredge them with the salt, pepper and flour. Add the parsley, butter and milk. Cover, and put on to boil. Cook twelve minutes. Serve very hot.
  2. Refridgerates well for reheating.
