Cheesy Scalloped Potatoes

Ingredients:

  • 1/4 cup diced onion
  • 1/8 tsp celery seed
  • 2 sprigs parsley (optional)
  • 3 tbsp flour
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 1 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
  • 1 1/2 cups milk

Directions:

  1. Place onion, celery seed, parsley, flour, butter, salt, pepper and milk in blender and blend.
  2. Arrange layer by layer of potatoes in a 2 quart baking dish and between each add some cheese.
  3. Pour milk mixture over top and bake in preheated oven at 350 degrees fahrenheit for 50 minute
  4. Sprinkle with cheese and paprika and bake until cheese is bubbly.
