Ingredients:

  • 2 cups water
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • 1 -2 tbsp fresh parsley (optional)

Directions:

  1. Combine all ingredients in a medium saucepan.
  2. Cook uncovered, over medium-low heat until potatoes are done and have produced a gravy like sauce.
