Old Timey Stewed Potatoes

A recipe that my grandmother passed own, so simple so good and down to earth country cooking.
Ingredients:
1 quart cold boiled and sliced potato
1 1/2 pints milk
1 tablespoon parsley
1 tablespoon flour
2 tablespoons butter
salt and pepper
Directions:
1. Put the potatoes in the double boiler, and dredge them with the salt, pepper and flour. Add the parsley, butter and milk. Cover, and put on to boil. Cook twelve minutes. Serve very hot.
2. Refridgerates well for reheating.
