Old Time Carrot Raisin Salad

Ingredients:

  • 2/3 cup raisins
  • 1/3 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 1/4 tsp salt

Directions:

  1. Toss together the carrots, raisins and pineapple. Mix remaining ingredients and add to carrot mixture. Chill overnight if possible. The taste improves as the flavors blend.
