Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Core apples and cut into wedges approx. 1” at thickest.
  2. Melt butter in a heavy skillet on medium high heat.
  3. Add brown sugar, cinnamon, and allspice. Stir to dissolve sugar.
  4. Add apples to the mixture, stir to coat well and reduce heat to simmer.
  5. Simmer until apples are fork tender but remain in wedges.
  6. Serve hot.
