Ingredients:

  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/8 tsp nutmeg

Directions:

  1. Melt butter in a heavy skillet over medium-low heat. Add apples, brown sugar, cinnamon and nutmeg. Sauté 15 to 20 minutes, or until apples are tender.
