Old Fashioned Mac and Cheese

Ingredients:

  • 12 -16 oz cubed sharpsharp white cheddar cheese or 12 -16 oz colby-jack cheese
  • 1 (8 oz) can condensed celery soup
  • 8 oz milk
  • 2 lbs ziti pasta

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven 375.
  2. Boil pasta as per package directions cut off about 4 mins cooking time.
  3. While pasta cooks cube cheese set about half of one flavour cheese aside, I personally set aside about half of the mild cheese.
  4. Drain pasta when finished cooking.
  5. In pan or large baking dish combine remaining cheese celery soup or cheddar cheese soup, milk, and pasta. Stir to combine well.
  6. Place set aside cheese over top.
  7. Place in oven about 45 mins or until cheese on top is a golden brown.
