  1. Brown the ground beef, drain.
  2. Saute Vidalias and bell pepper in small amount of margarine.
  3. Mix all ingredients together.
  4. Pour into a 2-quart covered casserole dish.
  5. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
