Oh Soo Easy Chocolate Macaroons

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups white sugar
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 3 tbsp cocoa
  • 2 cups oatmeal

Directions:

  1. Combine first five ingredients in pot and bring to a boil.
  2. Boil for one minute.
  3. Remove from heat.
  4. Add oatmeal and coconut, mix well.
  5. Drop quickly with tablespoon onto waxed paper and let cool.
