Oh so Tasty...very Healthy...blueberry-Banana Bread

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. First, preheat your oven to 375 degrees.
  2. In a large bowl, beat butter and sugars with a mixer.
  3. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition.
  4. Add the bananas, milk, and vanilla.
  5. With mixer on low, add the flour, wheat germ, baking soda, and salt.
  6. Mix just until combined.
  7. Fold in blueberries.
  8. Place batter in greased loaf pan.
  9. Bake until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean, 50-60 minutes.
  10. Allow to cool ten minutes in the pan, then move to cooling rack.
  11. Cool Completely, slice and serve!
  12. *You could bake these in muffin tins with or without wheat germ sprinkled on top!
