Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
  2. In a large bowl, cream together shortening, butter, brown sugar, white sugar, peanut butters and vanilla until smooth.
  3. Beat in the eggs until well blended.
  4. In another bowl, combine the flour, baking soda, and salt; stir into the creamed mixture.
  5. Mix in the oats until just combined.
  6. Drop by tablespoonfuls onto ungreased cookie sheets.
  7. Bake for 8-10 minutes, or until just light brown.
  8. Cool and store in an airtight container.
