Ingredients:

  • 2 cups quick oats , or 2 1/4 cups of oldfashioned oats, uncooked. don'tsp use instant
  • 1/3 cuo granulated sugar
  • 1/4 tsp. salt (optional)
  • 3 1/3 cups milk
  • 2 eggs , or 1/2 cup of egg
  • 2 tsp. vanilla
  • 1/3 cup firmly packed brown sugar

Directions:

  1. Heat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Spray an 8 inch glass baking dish with cooking spray.
  3. In large bowl, combine oats, granulated sugar, and salt, if using.
  4. In medium bowl, combine milk, eggs, and vanilla; mix well.
  5. Pour into prepared baking dish.
  6. Bake 40 to 45 minutes or until center jiggles slightly.
  7. You can also use nonfat milk and Splenda to further lighten the dish.
