Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 cups flour
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 cup margarine
  • 1 -2 tbsp hot water
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 2 cups rolled oats
  • 3/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup chopped nuts (optional)
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips (optional)
  • 3/4 cup raisins (optional)

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350* F.
  2. Mix all ingredients together.
  3. Spoon onto greased cookie sheet.
  4. Bake 10 minutes or until desired consistancy (crunchy/chewy).
