Oatmeal Chocolate Chip Cookies (Potbelly-ish)

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 cup br sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 2.5 cup quick oats
  • 2 cup flour
  • 1.5 tsp baking soda
  • 1 tsp salt

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 - grease cookie sheets
  2. In bowl, cream butter & sugars - add egg, one at a time, beating after each addition - mix in vanilla
  3. In separate bowl, combine oats, flour, baking soda and salt - mix together then slowly add into the butter mixture - add one cup at a time, mix, then add another cup - do this until blended together - mix in chocolate chips
  4. Drop onto cookie sheets - bake 10 minutes
