Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Saute onion and garlic in butter until vegetables are tender.Add tomato sauce, seasonings and mushrooms. Simmer (sauce).
  2. Cook spinach according to package directions.
  3. Drain and squeeze out excess water.
  4. Blend together spinach, cheeses, pepper and egg.
  5. Spread the mixture evenly along the entire length of each noodle.
  6. Lay sausage on top of cheese mixture.
  7. Roll each one and place on its side in the liner pan which has been lightly greased. Cover with sauce.
  8. Bake in the NuWave on power level HI for 15 minutes or until heated through.
