  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
  2. Using a rolling pin on a floured surface, roll the puff pastry to 1/8-
  3. Inch thickness. Prick the dough several times with a fork, covering
  4. The surface of the pastry. Place the dough on a foil-lined cookie
  5. Sheet and freeze for 15 minutes. Then, bake for 10 minutes, until
  6. Dough is golden brown in color. Set aside to cool.
  7. In a medium bowl, stir together butterscotch chips, Nutella, eggs,
  8. Flour and miniature chocolate chips. Spread the mixture onto the puff
  9. Pastry, leaving a 1-inch border. Turn the oven down to 350* and bake the bars for 15-20 minutes. When the bars are done, the top
  10. Will be cracked slightly and the center will have a creamy texture.
  11. Allow the bars to cool completely and cut with a pizza wheel or sharp
  12. Knife.
