Nutella Butterscotch Bars

Ingredients:
1 sheet puff pastry
1 cup butterscotch chips
1 cup nutella
2 large eggs
1/4 cup all-purpose flour
1 cup miniature chocolate chips
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
2. Using a rolling pin on a floured surface, roll the puff pastry to 1/8-
3. inch thickness. Prick the dough several times with a fork, covering
4. the surface of the pastry. Place the dough on a foil-lined cookie
5. sheet and freeze for 15 minutes. Then, bake for 10 minutes, until
6. dough is golden brown in color. Set aside to cool.
7. In a medium bowl, stir together butterscotch chips, Nutella, eggs,
8. flour and miniature chocolate chips. Spread the mixture onto the puff
9. pastry, leaving a 1-inch border. Turn the oven down to 350* and bake the bars for 15-20 minutes. When the bars are done, the top
10. will be cracked slightly and the center will have a creamy texture.
11. Allow the bars to cool completely and cut with a pizza wheel or sharp
12. knife.
