Now That's Banana Bread!

Ingredients:

  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp ground ginger
  • 1/4 tsp nutmeg
  • 1/4 tsp allspice
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 3/4 cup firmly packed brown sugar
  • 1/8 cup honey
  • 2 large eggs, beaten
  • 4 medium mashed bananas

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350°.
  2. Combine flour, soda, salt, ginger, nutmeg and allspice.
  3. In a separate bowl, cream butter, brown sugar and honey.
  4. Stir in eggs and mashed bananas until well blended.
  5. Stir in flour mixture.
  6. Pour batter into greased 9 x 5 loaf pan.
  7. Bake for 60-65 minutes or until done.
  8. Cool for 10 minutes.
