Ingredients:

  • 1 cup water
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 4 rashes bacon or 4 ham
  • 4 eggs

Directions:

  1. Combine first 4 ingredients and beat with electric mixer until smooth.
  2. Heat extra oil in a frypan and cook batter in 1/4 cup batches until golden brown on both sides.
  3. Keep warm while you cook the bacon and eggs.
  4. Stack pancakes with the bacon and eggs and sauce. Top with sauce to finish!
