Not so Rich Peanut Butter Pie

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Mix flour, salt, sugar and milk.
  2. Add oil and press into 9-inch pie plate.
  3. Bake at 400 degrees for 12 minutes.
  4. Crumble together peanut butter and powdered sugar and place in cooled pie crust reserving small amount for topping.
  5. Mix pudding according to directions on box and pour on top of peanut butter mixture.
  6. Let set and then top with Cool Whip.
  7. Sprinkle rest of filling on top.
  8. Chill.
