Ingredients:

  • 2 tbsp canola oil

Directions:

  1. Buy a new plant mister bottle. Wash thoroughly before using.
  2. Add two tablespoons of canola oil followed by 1 cup less two tablespoons of water.
  3. Use these sprays the same way you would use commercial cooking sprays. Just make sure you shake it before each use.
