No Sugar, No Fat Healthy Pie Crust

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 400º.
  2. Spray 9” pie dish with cooking spray.
  3. In a bowl mix the oats, flour, Splenda, & salt.
  4. Mix canola separately with 4 tbsp warm water, beat until frothy.
  5. Add Sprite to dry ingredients.
  6. Add frothed canola/water to mixture. Mix all.
  7. Press crust into plate bottom, moistening fingertips if needed.
  8. Bake at 400º for about 12 minutes. Crust is 62 calories per serving.
