No Crust Coconut Pie

Ingredients:

  • (1-1/2) cups of sugar
  • (1) stick of butter (melted )
  • (1/2) cup of flour
  • (2) ccups of milk
  • (1) can of andel flake coconut
  • (1) tsp of vanilla

Directions:

  1. MIX TOGETHER
  2. POUR INTO PIE PAN (GREASED)
  3. BAKE IN PRE-HEATED OVEN FOR 45-50 MINUTES
  4. TEST WITH KNIFE TO SEE IF DONE
