Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 cups sugar
  • 4 large eggs
  • 2 cups flour
  • 1 tbsp vanilla
  • 1 (21 oz) can blueberry pie filling

Directions:

  1. Cream together sugar and butter.
  2. Add eggs one at a time; beat well.
  3. Mix in the flour and than the vanilla.
  4. Spread 3/4 of batter in a greased 15x10 pan.
  5. Spread pie filling over batter and top with remaining batter; spreading out to somewhat cover filling.
  6. Bake at 350° for 40-50 minutes.
  7. Sprinkle with powdered sugar right before serving if desired.
