Three Layer Mint Brownies

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 (16 oz) can hershey's syrup
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 2 cups confectioners' sugar
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 6 tbsp butter

Directions:

  1. 1st layer:.
  2. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  3. Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix thoroughly.
  4. Pour into a greased 9 x 13 pan and bake for 30 minutes.
  5. Cool completely.
  6. 2nd layer:.
  7. Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix thoroughly.
  8. Spread on cool brownies.
  9. Refrigerate until firm.
  10. 3rd layer:.
  11. Melt butter and chocolate chips together.
  12. Cool.
  13. Pour over brownies.
  14. Refrigerate brownies until chocolate is firm.
