No Bake Chocolate Drop Cookies

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup cocoa
  • 1 cup coconut
  • 1/2 cup margarine
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 2 cup sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla

Directions:

  1. Put margarine, milk, sugar and cocoa in a saucepan. Bring to a boil over medium high heat. Reduce heat and continue to boil for 5 minutes. Remove from heat and stir in vanilla. Add rolled oats and coconut. Mix well. Drop into waxed paper by tablespoonfuls quickly before cookies set.
