Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. In a large bowl or a food processor, combine Cheddar cheese, cottage cheese, horseradish or chilis, mayonnaise, mustard, bacon, green onion, salt , pepper and butter.
  2. Process or mix until blended but not smooth.
  3. Press into an ungreased 8 inch springform pan, cover with foil or plastic wrap; refrigerate at for at least 4 hours.
  4. Remove cover and sides of pan.
  5. Garnish with chopped tomatoes and chopped green onions in a decorative pattern.
  6. Cut into thin wedges and serve with crackers.
