New York Style Cheese Cake

Ingredients:

  • 3 tbsp sugar
  • 4 package 8 oz size cream cheese
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 3 tbsp flour
  • 1 tbsp vanilla
  • 4 eggs

Directions:

  1. Crust: Mix crumbs, sugar, and butter. press into bottom of 9-inch spring form pan. Bake at 325º for 10 minutes.
  2. Filling: Mix cream cheese, sugar, flour and vanilla with electric mixer on medium speed until well blended. Blend in eggs on low speed just until blended. Pour over crust.
  3. Bake: at 325 F for 1 hour and 5 minutes to 1 hour and 10 minutes or until center is almost set. Run knife around rim of pan to loosen. Refrigerate 4 hours or overnight (overnight is best).
