Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 tbsp honey
  • 3/4 tsp salt
  • 1 cup rye flour
  • 1 3/4 cups bread flour
  • 1 1/2 tsp yeast

Directions:

  1. Unless your bread machine has different directions start with the water and continue adding each item with the yeast added last.
  2. The baking time will depend on your particular bread machine so check the directions.
  3. This particular version of the recipe will make a 1 1/2 pound loaf of bread.
