Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. In a large pot add ham, onion, garlic, salt and pepper
  2. Cover with water and bring to boil
  3. Lower heat and simmer for at least 1 1/2 hours
  4. Add potatoes and green beans
  5. Cook until the green beans an potatoes are done
  6. Serve with hot corn bread and lots of butter...
  7. Turns out better if lots of black pepper is used..I don' t wait for New Years...
  8. Enjoy!
