Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Put on a beautfiul plate some baby greens
  2. Add blue cheese crumbles on top
  3. Slivered almonds
  4. And grilled pears...be sure to grill the pears or lightly saute them in a fry pan once over.
  5. Top with your favorite dressing
  6. Serve with wine preferably one that has a 90 or over rating and some great bread and you have it!
